R. 'Tropical Popsicle' size:3 Gallon SizeNew, but not yet registered, this Singing Tree Gardens original is very attractive. Cup shaped flowers are a light pink with a kiss of yellow in the throat, with the back of each flower a darker magenta. The foliage is excellent, being a cross of 'Calypso Punch' x 'Bodacious'. The plant will be 5 feet tall and wide in 10 years. The flowers come out in mid April. I expect this plant to be hardy to zone 8.

Because it is very new

dwarf pyramidal cultivar with characteristic grey-blue needles

but will eventually be 20-35 ft tall over time

As summer approaches the foliage turns pinkish-red with green undertones

as they are not found near each other geographically

The rose-pink flowers completely cover the plant in the summer months of August through November

A brightly variegated form of the Dwarf Mountain pine that was introduced by Wiel Linssen

& Upper Myanmar

but will be white when fully open

here in northern California they grow large
