Three of Wilfred Thesiger's travelling companions, tribesmen of the Bayt Imani lineage of Rashid Bedouin, rest on their mounts beside a small bush. Their camels are chewing twigs from the bush. Except for the small bush, all the sand surrounding the men is bare of vegetation.
