Castillo Perelada Cava Brut Reserva NV (750 ml) Syrah/ShirazCastillo Perelada Brut Reserva comes from a typical coupage from the area, Xarello and Parellada, and with a slight ageing in stacks to polish the bubbles. As a result, we have a young sparkling wine, with fruity notes and a not too dry finish that makes it ideal for any time of day.
