Named after a burial stone that features one of the earliest examples of the Viking runic alphabets and reflect the history of Caithness that surrounds us. The

The smoke develops gradually

PALATE: Punchy peat and herbal notes

Nose: Rose

followed by citrusy and oak vanilla aromas with layers of spicy oak notes of ginger and cinnamon
