Main Divide - Pinot Noir 2006 (750ml) BarbarescoWinemakers Notes Having used traditional Burgundian techniques with fermentation in small vats, using a portion of whole bunch. The floating cap of fermenting skins is hand plunged and subsequent ageing in small oak barriques for 12 18 months. The Main Divide house style for this variety shows a complex mix of red and dark fruit characters with spicy, savoury notes and a fresh vibrant finish.
