Hojun Yuzu Sake 720ml sancerreBrewery established in 1873. The yuzu liqueur is brewed with 100% Japanese grown yuzu and utilizes the entire fruit. To express the unique bitterness of the rind that the freshness of the yuzu, this light nigori sake is unfiltered and unpasteurized.

It features a mid red crimson core in the glass with aromas and flavors of redcurrant

To be enjoyed from now on and for the next 5 years served between 6 and 8ºC in the Viognier / Chardonnay glass from the Veritas series by Riedel (6449/05) or in the Riesling glass from the Vinum series by Riedel
