Tussie MussieTussie Mussie is a lovely quilt pattern by Christine Vlasic for Yarra Design. As this design uses many different fabrics, it is a fabulous opportunity to use your scraps and fat 1 8ths. This quilt may be either hand pieced or machine pieced. The designer's quilt has been hand quilted using Perle 12 cotton. Finished quilt measures 81" x 81" (206 x 206 cms)

The main embroidery stitch used in this project is back stitch

The 'A Merry Little Christmas' table runner pattern is perfect to use with a charm pack as 21 x 5" squares are needed to complete the top

This quilt uses scrap fabrics with a wide variety of prints and low volume background fabric for the joining diamonds

Completed quilt size : 58" x 58"

with colour photographs and full instructions written for hand piecing using a mix of traditional hand piecing and needle turn applique

although of course you could use your favourite colour of thread
