Simpson Strong-Tie 26-1/8 in. L. Galvanized Steel 12 Gauge Strap Tie Holdown Pack options:Pack of 1This embedded strap tie holdown has a high load capacity and a staggered nail pattern to help minimize splitting. The strap nailing pattern allows for nailing to the edges of double 2x's. A slot below the embedment line allows for increased front to back concrete bond and reduced spalling. Strap nail slots are countersunk to provide a lower nail head profile. 12 gauge galvanized steel. Standard model, strap length 26 1 8", 30 16d sinkers.
