"Ironman" 11X17 Print by Kipsworld Art underworld11x17 Print of my original painting. I did a heavy brush technique on the background after laying in most of the subject. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ironman himself Bob Layton at Wondercon; his table was right next to mine. We hit it off really well and he has been a great mentor to me in years since.

The red sky was airbrushed first then the foreground subjects was completed with tradition brush methods

The reference photo used (with permission) was from Kristen's very first Dragoncon and was snapped in a hallway

Background British Jack was airbrushed in first after the initial sketch was completed

and fog were airbrushed before the other background and foreground subject was completed with tradition brush methods
