This slow barrel aging, in contact with both the oak and the natural charcoal, gives the brandy its golden color and smooth, elegant flavor. Since 1889, our Sonoma County winery has been producing award winning California brandy. Handcrafted in small batches at our artisan distillery using only the finest California grapes,

all botanicals which would have been growing in the nearby Phoenix Park in Victorian times when the bridge was built
