The late, legendary Montana fruit grower Rod McIver introduced Luscious to Luke back in 2015. He had several 25+ year old Luscious' that would bear prolifically every year in Kalispell, MT. History & Parentage SDSUs bulletin describes Luscious as coming from a 1954

based on its parentage—McIntosh's limit is around -40°F (or slightly lower)

so we suspect they may not survive -35°F or -40°F temps—but we don’t know yet
